Concept analyses and
feasibility analyses in
early project phases

Already during the concept and pre-development phase, we support our customers with holistic solution approaches in the areas of thermal management and cabin climate control – from the initial idea to conceptual evaluation at our in-house test benches. We address key questions regarding technical feasibility, compare and assess different system variants, and evaluate whether the required performance targets can be achieved. Even at this early project stage, we leverage the synergies between our hardware and software expertise to design and develop reliable yet efficient thermal management systems. Using state-of-the-art measurement and testing methods, precise test execution, and detailed analysis of the results, we ensure a well-founded concept validation. In doing so, we create a solid foundation for subsequent series development – right from the start.

Holistic solution approaches already in the concept and pre-development phase

The evaluation of draft concepts also falls within our area of expertise. It makes no difference to us whether it is a system comparison, a new regulatory function or a combination of both – we build bridges between these two specialist domains.

Comparison of system variants

Thermal management systems can be found in a wide variety of system designs. We can compare and contrast different system architectures – both in theory and on the test bench.

Function prototyping

Different system architectures also entail different functionalities. We develop the corresponding function control modules and tailor the functional characteristics to meet specific requirements.

Concept validation on the test bench

At our thermal management system test bench, we are now able to bring both worlds together and validate the system and control concepts on the actual system setup.
